As the Frankfurt Auto Show putters along some tuning companies are jumping the gun, so to speak, in terms of putting together aftermarket programs for brand-new vehicles.Tuning company TopCar has added some styling and body work for the new 2012 Porsche 911, known in the business as the 991.The Russian firm has added a wide body-body kit to the German classic.
It features a LED-affixed front spoiler and spoiler lip, new hood, fenders, side sills and a muscular rear bumper integrated with a diffuser.All the new parts are made solely with carbon fiber and Kevlar for an emphasis on weight saving. TopCar's creation sits on a set of double spoke-designed wheels.The Russians are planning on doing some work under the hood and have already agreed to collaborate with German company 9ff to develop a higher capacity engine and fine-tuned suspension.
No pricing or availability information has been released yet, as the new 2012 Porsche 911 is still sitting in a showroom in Germany.
